I like the second and the third papers. I like the head better in the second one. In the third paper the head is too much Goblin and Elf looking. Thease Orcs look a bit like Half-Orcs in D&D, we could go this way or make them more monsterous. The equipments these guys are wearing certainly have the right look in them. You could still make them look a bit less 'finished' and make the weapon look a bit heavier.
I like best the one on the second paper. I think the muscles are fine as they are but I'd like to see a bigger head to get more monsterous feeling into it.
